The COISPA Foundation is located in Torre a Mare (Bari) next to the Coast Guard beach delegation. It is also possible to access the structure from via Lama di Giotta by parking in the large surrounding square.

By train: From Bari Central Station, take the fast regional train towards Lecce, which leaves approximately every hour, or the regional train to Fasano. The journey takes 10–16 minutes. Torre a Mare station is about 1.5 km away (a 20-minute walk).

By bus: Take bus number 12 from Bari city centre to Fenicia and get off at Lama di Giotta, which is just a short walk from the institute.
By car: The institute can be easily reached via the SS16 Adriatica, exiting at Torre a Mare.

By plane: Directly from Bari-Palese Karol Wojtyla International Airport, it is possible to reach the institute by train or bus.
